Justin's Creations

This is a privacy notice by Justin Law. It details how your data is handled when you're using apps I've published.
This section applies to all applications that you download from this website in the form of packages, like ZIP folders or APK files that you install yourself, and apps you download from Google Play.
With the exception of Blocks & Buckets, which is explained in its own section, all apps are not programmed to share or transmit any data from your system to me or third-parties. When any app does process your data, for example by keeping a high score, it is processed entirely on your device without the involvement of internet services, and any results of said data processing is saved only to your device.
It means I am not trying to monitor every single time you click a play button or collect personal data to sell to data brokers. There are no privacy implications that would require notice and consent in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Privacy Protection Act (CPPA).
Nothing.
Zilch.
Nada.
It's just like the early 2000s.
There is something you need to be aware of however.
Google tracks a few things as an inherent part of their service of distributing my apps to you through Google Play. They then aggregate this data and share it with me in an anonymized way through their Google Play Console: Things like how often an app is downloaded, and crash reports. This is not a function of the apps themselves, but rather a function provided by the Google Play Store. I only use this limited data for the purpose of helping me maintain and improve my apps.
Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information about how they handle your data.
Blocks & Buckets is the one exception to the general rule that my apps don't collect your data for telemetry purposes. While I myself do not collect any data through your usage of this old game. It was built with the Unity game engine which is developed by Unity Technologies. They do in fact collect telemetry data while you play the game. You may review their privacy policy for more information on what they collect and how they handle that data, as well as any rights you have in regards to their data collection.
If you send me an e-mail, chat message, physical letter, or similar communication, I may at my own discretion keep it for my records indefinitely, like any other human.
I may also keep data obtained from you if I am required to for legal or safety reasons.
I don't collect any data from you from within my apps to begin with, and with the exception of Blocks & Buckets as explained in another section, the apps only do what they are intended to do for you the user, so there's no data from them for me to be retaining or securing.
Otherwise, while no security measure is perfect and accidents do happen, I safeguard data in my possession with the best security measures I have access to, including by either keeping such data encrypted or by not collecting it in the first place. I delete your data that has (somehow?) come into my possession through one of my apps when it is not needed for a legitimate purpose.
If you have any inquiries regarding these privacy practices, you may send me an e-mail.
